The problem with their 90-Day statement is that they base it on the idea that you’re going to “confuse” your muscles into growing. What they DON’T tell you is that anyone embarking on a new fitness regimen does not need to confuse their muscles. lol…people are so dumb its contagious! SHEEP MENTALITY SUCKS!
If isolation work is bad, what do you call doing a bunch of pussy **** for a timed 10 minutes? sounds like epic fail to me. I can curl 10lbs 500 times in 10 minutes. guess what? NO ONE PHUCKING CARES!!! that builds a pussy.
